Introduction
Bethesda’s game The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has a constructed language in the game, which is used by the dragons and main characters. The language is called the Thu’um and you can learn it. The best source of information about this language is Thuum.org. Website documents, teaches and promotes the language and also includes dictionary, pronunciation, learning, community tools and much more.
Anki deck
To improve learning and remembering of the of the dragon language words, I’ve put together a deck for Anki software. Anki is a software with friendly, intelligent flash cards. Flash cards mean in this case a two-side learning cards, not web animation technology. Flash cards are widely used as a learning drill to aid memorization by way of spaced repetition. Anki software is available on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, and any device with a web browser. The software is free and open source, except for the iOS version.
Dragon language deck is synchronized to AnkiWeb shared decks repository under the title Thu’um – Dragon Language of Skyrim. Therefore you can simply download it using Anki software or the Anki website. Just search for “thuum”. Dragon alphabet is integrated into package as well, so you can catch up with the dragon runes as well.
